Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Options: All Standard Shipping orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is most cost-effective. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes, so all orders with a PO Box shipping address must provide a physical delivery address to avoid delaying your shipment. 
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method and the weight of your order. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process.
• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. 
• Shipping Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may occasionally result in shipping delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
 
Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Please follow these guidelines for returns:
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Process: Please contact: info@backcountrybronco.com to initiate the return process. 
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or defective, in which case Backcountry Bronco will cover the return shipping expenses.
• Restocking Fee: Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. 
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide further instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund.
